Terms of use

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms cover the TimeTrackr website and desktop app, provided by Acadecraft for its staff. By signing in you agree to them. They sit alongside your employment terms and the office’s attendance policy; where they differ, those come first.

Accounts

HR creates every account; nobody can sign themselves up. Keep your PIN or password to yourself and sign in only as yourself. If you think someone else knows it, tell HR, who can issue a new one.

Using it fairly

  • Start and stop the day yourself, at the computer you work at.
  • Don’t try to make the record show work that didn’t happen: no key-holding tricks, mouse movers, auto-input programs or clocking in for someone else. The app notices these and shows them to your manager.
  • Don’t try to get at anybody else’s record, or at parts of the system your role doesn’t open.

Your record

Attendance and pay are worked out from the times recorded, under the office’s attendance rules. If a day is wrong, ask for a correction; your manager or HR decides it. What is recorded and who can see it is set out in the privacy notice.

The software

The desktop app updates itself. Acadecraft aims to keep TimeTrackr running at all times but cannot promise it will never be unavailable; if it is, tell your manager, and the day can be corrected afterwards.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did.
